Please note during busy periods for example in the run up to Christmas please allow up to 14 working days.

Status updates :

'Processing' - Your order is being printed.  No further updates will occur until 'shipped' when your order is despatched.  Courier orders can expect delivery the following working day with UK Mail and up to 72 hours on economy.  We always recommend our next day courier service which is insured and trackable.

New Image Request :

Please follow the link in the email you have received.  Please click 'edit order' and amend your photos.  Please click 'add to cart'.  We will then have the updated version which will be checked by our designer. 
Or click 'accept' to go ahead with the quality as it is.

Please note as per terms and conditions we cannot offer refunds on goods after the quality check has been completed. Should you have an unsuitable image we will leave the order open as credit to be used at a later date.

Damaged items :

In the rare event your item is damaged in transit please email photos of the damaged goods and packaging along with your order number.
