A note from us on our approach to the Covid 19 pandemic.
We have been thinking of our customers, employees and greater communities a lot lately. Whilst we are striving to operate as normal, we have had to take measures to protect everyone and ensure health and safety is our top priority.
We are still taking and processing orders, however, please note that our processing times may be slightly longer than usual. Our customer service team are working remotely please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to get in touch.
We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding, during this difficult time we could experience a slight delay to our production times and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Additional Steps we have taken:
Staff are complying with social distancing rules and keeping to a 1 metre distance apart. All staff that can work remotely are doing so, please email email@example.com if you have any queries.
Extra hygiene standards have been implemented. We are doing extra cleaning, especially in areas where suppliers enter our building, dispatch areas and all areas where we have contact with products. We have stopped unnecessary visitors to our work place.
Our couriers will leave your parcel safe if you wish. If you do have any interaction with drivers, they will maintain social distancing guidance. You will not be expected to sign the keypad. The driver may do this for you.
